6 Nov 2004 - Visit by the Stephenson Locomotive Society

The DLR was visited by the Stephenson Locomotive Society, with their Webb Compound Locomotive 'Orion'.

This locomotive has had an extensive restoration. The steam test and running proved very sucessful. It is currently being kept in Kidderminster. It is hoped that Orion with return to the DLR in the near future.
